[the entry starts off in video, at least; have a severely unimpressed looking agent staring blankly at the device. He's trying to figure out how it works, and seems unaware that the video function is even on -- after a bit more fiddling (is that grumbling under his breath, there?) Lang finally manages to switch it to text.]

Any of you pups got any idea what’s going on here? ‘Cause I could sure use an explanation of some kind. Especially considering last thing I remember is being in America working a case; being kidnapped in space may be imaginative, but an Interpol agent going missing generates questions.
I’ve got a job to get back to - if this is someone’s idea of a joke, it’s not a funny one.
