--eople were getting killed, Shinjiro! How am I supposed to calm down when people on the ship were in trouble and some lunatic on the loose?!
[The video opens up to show Vincent sitting in his room alone. His eyes are closed and he's holding a steaming tea cup in his hand. He lifts it and sips on the hot amber liquid before setting it back down on the saucer. Voice are heard within Vincent's room, and they seem rather close to the guide, yet no one is there but Vincent.]
You think I want to see people die? I'm a murderer too, you know. Does that mean that you don't have to hear what I have to say before accusing me of something I don't have a hand in?
[A faint smile creeps across Vincent's face as he nods his head, his eyes still closed. He's simply content with just listening to the recording. This apparently isn't his first time listening to it, because he begins to fast forward through most of it. He stops at one spot.]
Which...brings me to the final condition.
Everything I've told you about him, you can't breathe a word to anyone about. His reasons for shooting you are only to be known between you, me, and him. If it gets out, then he kills me. That's the agreement.
[A silence is heard and then...]
YOU IDIOT!! Why in the hell would you agree to something like that?! Are you crazy?!
[Finally, Vincent opens his crimson and golden eyes. Leaning back in his seat a bit, he glances over to the guide. He watches it, as if waiting for something...]

[He chuckles softly but then notices the red light on the guide. He doesn't seem too bothered by it. Nothing important was heard. So, he simply moves his hand forward and shuts it off.]
