The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy has this to say about the Moon of Chang Er:
Home of the 'Moon Kingdom', Chang Er's native intelligent population resembles the common Earth rabbit in all aspects except for their fascination with pounding herbs, as well as thirty-two flavors of mochi, to sell to everyone who visits. Extremely welcoming, they're one of the most hospitable species in the universe, always willing to hop into the nearest fire and cook themselves for the hungry.
The only other native species is that of the Moon Tree, giant trees that cover the majority of the moon's surface. Legend has it that deep within the tree lie fabled Moon Cakes and that all it takes to get to them is to chop down the trees. However, since the trees have the ability to heal themselves after every chop, this legend has never been confirmed.
Alright guys, it's time for our very ~special~ event. Feel free to have your characters grab a shuttle down to the moon and explore, maybe grab some mochi and sample the delicious rabbit stew.
Hell, why not have them chop away at a tree for the rest of their lives?
There are a few missions that are event specific missions that can only be completed in the time the ship is in easy traveling distance to the moon, so be sure to get those jobs done.
