[If there's one good thing about working as a librarian, it's being able to read while you wait for people to checkout. At least, that's what it seems like in the video feed. Naomi is sitting at the checkout desk, reading a black book. From the title, it could possibly be a crime drama.]

[A bird-like alien can be seen on the feed walking passed the counter. The moment they place one foot outside the door, there's a sound similar to that of a bug running into a zapper, followed by a thump.]
The security system was updated recently. I told you not to try.
