I tried two versions this morning, both are good, but they are different.

I tried to make mustard many years ago, and failed quite miserably. Gersvinda was good enough to help me figure it out :)

What I put in the mac and cheese
two lumps (about TB butter)
two handfulls flour

cook a while, until thick and then thin again

add milk, stirring a lot until it thickens
add sour cream
cheddar
stir a lot
add hot sauce, pepper, salt, bbq sauce

add pasta
put in dish
cover with more cheddar
bake slowly until melty :)

Yesterday I was making a new batch of bacon, but the cut I got still had some bone in it. I cut the bone out, and it still had some small pieces of meat on it, which are not suitable for making into bacon. I've been reading Nourishing Traditions, and hence it was broth time.
