Louiepants- I'm in for the Events, besides my own businesses corralling...Things do need doing. Arguments and all that, we do sometimes manage productivity.

But get your chill on, dear. Everyone's got some angsting and pissoffedness about how things should be done, and literally jumping up and down waving your arms is so the first grade way to get heard.
