the last one i went to is in Amarin Plaza. i cannot remember the name but from Chit Lom Station, there is a link way to Amarin Plaza, it is the first tailor at the link way
not say VERY cheap but they did a decent job of my suit
eh..... just a word of caution which i find to be true. i went to a tailor once and he quoted for the suit which is rather high, so we complained, then he said you get what you pay for, would you rather i quote you a cheaper price for a suit which will show its wear in a few months? these here are the lousier fabrics and yes, i can charge u low price, but they will bubble after a few washes.
then when i went to the amarin plaza tailor, i asked shirt how much, then he quote, wah, quite ex..... i tot the shirts should only be S$25 or so what. oh, got, then he show me the local cloth, and said these are around S$25 to S$30, but it is local cloth. so yeah, it is the cloth that they use which is why some stuff are so cheap. and sounds like those dun last long

You can google and find both online. Strongly recommended for reasonable price and good standards.
