Questions about feedback...please read.

I would like to pose 2 questions to you.

1. How do you feel when someone leaves you feedback on your fic/pic/rec/video/personal post/daily thoughts?

Does it make you feel good;

'Hey, someone is listening'
'Wow, what a great idea, I've never thought of that'
'I've not heard from this person in ages, it's good to see they're back'
'I'm glad they liked that fic, they want another one?!!?'

It's kinda like acceptence through the internet. We put up all these different posts for different reasons.

And I know how wonderful it is to get feedback. Even the thought that you've made someone else happy or thoughtful is enough to return that happiness, isn't it?

Second question.

2. How do you feel when you receive no feedback on fic/pic/fic rec/video/personal post/daily thoughts?

Do I really need to comment about this question?

Or should I leave that feeling of neglect and no one caring out there for someone to pick up on.

Now, if you write the 'popular' pairings of a variety of shows, whether it be Torchwood, SGA, SG1, BSG, DS, ST, whatever...you're more likely to receive feedback.

If you're one who writes, say McBeck, or John/Radek, or even Rodney/Radek as the case may be...or my person favourite which I know a few people wouldn't read...John/Carson...

You're not as likely to receive feedback. How would *that* make you feel, hmm?

For those of you who read the personal posts, whats wrong with replying *hugs*?

I'm not talking about me here...there are a lot of people who make a variety of posts, and who are *worthy* of a reply, but just don't get it.

In the words of Fred Phelps on a tv show I saw recently...

"How do you like that!"
