My dad was that for my grandma...but I promise you won't be alone in it. You will ultimately have the last say...but it will be a mutual decision amongst all of you. You should feel honored that your parents left you with that...its scary...but its something that they have put a lot of thought into...and something that they know they can trust you with. I'm really proud of you...and i really like that quote too..about tomorrow being guarenteed to happen, but not guarenteed for all of us...its a very interesting quote...

That's the thing, its not a mutual decision to be made. Its what we talked about. Its about following someone's wishes and not letting other things get in the way.

As far as the quote - well, it's about missing out on things. Don't put off till tomorrow things you want right now. There are no promises made to any of us....

You may not realize it now, but it will be different later on when the time comes. My dad was given that responsibility for the same reason...but he didn't do it until everyone was ready...it was still respecting my grandma's wishes...but it was something that they decided together, something that brought all of them together.
