Ok - goat cheese, you thought to yourself - sure he can make goat cheese. Heck - who couldn't? A little heat, some rennet and the right combination of airborne spores and it practically makes itself! Hah - piker!

Well - lets talk hard cheese

I don't know if he did or not - but I think I showed him. (we asked her to make us one when she had time. I think he might be more/as interested in a cheese MOLD though. :)

we are camped with Anne Marie and folks over by the horse area I think

Large purple round pavillion with gold on it - hard to miss

Have you tried using cheese-cloth during pressing? It draws out more whey and helps the curds knit up nicely...
