My wife loves me! For Christmas she gave me mold!! And Ash!!
And some papers and a cheese mat.
For my birthday (today) she gave me something that really sucks
A vacuum sealer!!!!

Very cool! I've just started in adventures in cheese making. Two batch of lovely mozza and one that ended up more as ricotta - but really great on home made bread and sweet potato chips. Hard cheese is next - not sure which one.
