Upcoming wknd cheese plate

So - some guests coming this wknd and one of them has milk issues, but does ok with sheep and goat milk

Hurrah says I! What a great chance to experiment with those fabulous options

Cheeses for the wknd include a Boucherin (softer sheep), one of my recent chevre batches, a goat cheddar, a goat brie and some experimentation with goat milk and goat
