My life isn't currently going entirely as I had planned, but I'm not complaining about it. I'm rather happy actually.

On the other hand, I'm not happy with my livejournal activity.
I've been spending so many nights out and out late that I haven't updated as much as I've wanted to and I haven't been reading my friends' posts (that's all of you). The ( Read more... )

Ha! I read the entire post and now I know God's last name! You had already came to the same conclusion but what the hay I shall reiterate. Travel now...Your own place latter. The world has a way of sweeping us up and throwing us back down far from our intended path. We then spend a lifetime trying to get back on that path. I wanted to see the world. I have seen much of it 48 States, 27 countries and 5 continents of which all but 11 States, 2 countries and one continent were traveled by age 23. Did I plan to stop...hell no. I wanted to and still want to see it all or at least all that remains on my "list". I had thought at one time that my journey would be my life...somewhere along the way life derailed my journey. Have your journey and your life too.

stay home and save your $ or you will never travel, b/c if you have a lease and you have to pay it every month, you'll want to be there. or at least i would, if i'm paying for something i want to be using it to the full advantage (except for my cell phone apparently...but that's another story entirely). so yeah, make money quickly, travel (come see ben and i! that would rock our hippie hill greatly!), then concentrate on moving out. makes sense to me anyway.

hey now, you know me too well.

You've got your own room within your house... right? At least you've got a tolerable place to live for a very low cost... and it's your family... can usually trust them better than some random roomate/friend-roomate, ey? Not that long for you to tolerate not having a place entirely "of your own." That way you're able to persue you dreams.

Don't rush into the boyfriend thing and get yourself into a bad/hurtful/risky situation. Have one because you like the guy, don't do it just for the love of love slash just the sake of having one.
