Hello!

Has anyone of you read Garth Nix's The Seventh Tower series? I've been looking for other people who also like this-correct me if you think otherwise-rather little-known series, but to no avail as of yet.

I'm currently saving for Nix's Keys to the Kingdom series. I, unfortunately, haven't read a single one in the series and I haven't found ( Read more... )

I have Shade's Children at home waiting for me to read it and I've read his Abhorsen series (LOVED it!). But if you read it, definitely let me know if you recommend it!

Is that the one with the sunstones and stuff? If so, then I read them a long time ago when I was in elementary/middle school. I don't remember much, but I did really like them back then.

I've read those!
I think it's weird that you have the Tower series and not Keys. I found Keys easily and then heard about The Seventh Tower..it took me months to track them all down. Now you can buy them in two volumes, at least in the states.

But yeah, I'm a fan. :)

The Seventh Tower series- that is the one with the sunstones, and it is a pretty good read, but it is meant for a younger audience than the Keys to the Kingdom and Abhorsen. Before, as was mentioned, they came in seven slim books, but now they are republished into two biggies! (I feel cheated!) Personally, I enojy all of his writing. You won't go wrong reading Nix!
