248.4 is officially the lowest my weight has been in all of 2022 (and possibly 2021!). Unofficially, I weighed 248.2 on January 3rd, which takes away from this event not at all. If unofficial counted, well, I've been under 250.0 all week!

Monday I kept a follow-up appointment with my Urologist. Blood test. PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) 17.25 which is Very High and therefore Very Concerning. Now I'm scheduled for a biopsy in June.
