Well facecrapbook has now been added to my never click on list in my email. A link got past my better judgment by being a link i had clicked on many times before "You have been tagged in a photo". The link led to a dead fb page. Shortly there after my machine got hosed. All updates fail. All anti-malware crash. Net connection is out most of the

just fyi, I am a hardcore gamer. When I have money I spend stupid amounts of it on high end hardware. With that in mind why would I even remotly desire to handicap my hardware by runnig linux with a windows api emulator to run my games.

When mainstream games are written to run in linux natively I'll switch my gaming box to linux.

Again fyi, my laptop runs linux mint as does my media server.

Ahh...well, you didn't mention you were a gamer, that changes the equation significantly :)...

FYI, the Linux Developers are working to change that equation. If you haven't looked in a while, there are "apparently" some high-tech games out for linux. I'm not a gamer, but that's what I hear...
