REACH ACT Restoring Mouthwash Packaging

Feb 07, 2007 00:24

I just submitted the following comment to Mr. Reach (Johnson & Johnson):

REACH ACT Restoring is packaged in the WORST BOTTLE DESIGN EVER.

(1) The bottle is rounded, thin, and slippery. Try holding it after brushing your teeth and it will either slip out OR you will squeeze it tighter to keep it from slipping and the contents will squirt out.

(2) Using the cap as a cup results in the residue leaking all over the bottle and onto the counter. I have blue rings everywhere the bottle was every placed, even momentarily.

(3) The residue also crusts at the bottom of the cap, resulting in crusty ACT being deposited in your mouth only 1-2 weeks into bottle.

(4) It's nearly impossible to pour the right amount into the cap assuming you can control the bottle well enough to pour it.

WHAT WERE YOU PEOPLE THINKING?

The previous ACT bottles were EXCELLENT at dispensing just the right amount of mouthwash and keeping the rest from going everywhere.

I'M GOING TO THROW THIS GARBAGE OUT AND SWITCH BRANDS UNLESS I CAN FIND AN ORIGINAL ACT BOTTLE.
