Hello, I saw you added me to your friends list. Thank You. So Mr Roux, I was curious what it is you do? Are you a chef? I was just wondering because you speak often of cooking. Or do you just enjoy it as a leisure thing? I don't know much in that department, alot of take out, but when my husband (who is gone 60+ hrs a week at Fed Ex - he's the REAL Santa Claus lol)has time off on the weekend he loves to cook. I pick out exotic fruits or vegetables I've never tried and he tries to make it into a dish. They usually turn out to be delicious. Kind of like the Iron Chef, ever seen that show? Well, sounds like your hyper today and won't be spending much time sitting at a computer, so write back next time your online. T

:D...right now, I'm working in a warehouse unloading freight..... I love to cook...it's one of my favorite hobbies...I learned to cook at a young age, and I've done it ever since....I love cooking with garlic, curry, and spices...:D.... I love Iron Chef...:D... I'm usually hyper...:)....
