Went for a fitness assessment today (getting personal trainer to create a program for me, since I can't seem to kick start my own way back into routine work-outs after my shoulder eff-up last fall). You are a beast. :)

My BP (just recently tested) was 110/70, and I suspect yours was due to stress.

I have also been considering gym and trainer as I am WOEFULLY out of shape.

That's a good BP! I think I'll go to the drugstore after exams are over a few different times and see what results I get.

If you do go that gym/trainer route, you should post about it on LJ. Writing about stuff always makes me more inclined to actually DO it. And then I can comment and badger you about it.
