I have nukking tea down to an artform! One minute (which is just the start button on my 'wave) for most cups and 1:33 for all the big huge cups.
I am totally a tea bag reuser, even when I'm not drinking a lot of tea! I actually like it weak (and strong, I like both!)

Oh, are you a mate drinker? I have some extra mate (in tea bags -- not as good, I know) that I could also send. AFAIK, it is safe for breastfeeding...
I just don't like the taste as much as I like coffee/ regular tea.
My microwave has CRAZY wattage! It came with the house as a built in...

Mate cocido is ok, but I prefer old school - even if it is drunk out of my trusty XL American mug:

It's not that it's contraindicated in pregnancy, it's that it's far harder to measure how much mateine is present in the loose leaves, kwim? And I don't just drink one cup, it's kind of an all-moring or all-day affair, heh.
