congrats lia! the u of m campus is beautiful. it's got a killer view of the minneapolis skyline and is surrounded by tons of funky shops and restaurants. the twin cities are pretty kickass, and really similar to portland in terms of politics and neighborhood pride. i work with a community org that's funded by the humphrey institute, so i've only heard good things!

Congratulations!!! My sister is a gopher, but she is at the engineering school. Lots of cool polls and stuff I've seen recently have been done through the Humphrey Institute. Let me know if you ever want to hang out/have a drink/chat/ or even better play a game!
