Am I the only one that didn't know Carl was 13?! I saw the con clip of them saying Carl was 13 and Beth is 15. WHOA! I thought Beth was in her 20s. Man I am so off. I had serious problems with Hershel being with the recon group. The only medical person they have, he should have stayed back with the others. Maggie is growing on me too. I was still mad at her being Bella. Not sure why they didn't bring the vehicles into the yard, but whatever. Carol/Daryl - only as friends. Friends that make crude jokes to each other because those are the best kinds. I'm sure I have more, but maybe later.
WHAT. I thought he was like...11-12. 13? Really? He is a squirt! I figured that Beth was around 17ish. Hmmm, maybe it is just that Jimmy looked older than 16ish to me in Season two.
Yes. This. I felt the exact same thing when I realized that Hershel was going with them. I was like: he is on the old side, your doctor, and you basically had everyone else going Zombie hunting. I would have thought, for many reasons, that him saying back with the others would have been the best policy.
Oh man, I feel you about Maggie. Season two I really wasn't keen on her. This episode I could see where I could get to the point that I like her. - I still see Bella when I look at her though, so like you, maybe that's the problem.
I am still iffy on Daryl/Carol. I want to the friendship/bond to stay forever. But I am not sure if I actually want them to go the next step. And yet...I am not opposed to it at the same time. Either way they are adorable in all the ways.
Apparently I'm really bad at the age guessing game. I didn't realize that Jimmy was 16. I think it's Hershel's age that may be throwing me off. Was everyone at the farm Hershel's kids?
Was he 16? If so the Beth being 15 and him being 16 age dynamic makes sense.
As far as I am aware Maggie is Hershel's child from his first wife (who died pre-za). He then remarried to his second wife, and had Beth. (His wife was the one barn that Shane killed, she'd been bitten sometime after the za). But along with Beth, he also had a son with his then wife, I forget his name but he was also in the walker barn. And that to my knowledge is the extent of his children.
So basically: 1st wife: had Maggie. 2nd wife: had Beth and unnamed son.
Otis and Patrica were their neighbors, and I think, don't quote me on this, but I think that Otis might have worked for Hershel on the farm or something.
Jimmy lived nearby and since he was Beth's boyfriend he naturally came over to the farm when the shit hit the fan at his place.
Dammit. Now I miss Jimmy and his hat and Patrica and her doe-eyes.
OH MY GOD I HAVE MISSED YOUR POSTS AND DID YOU HEAR DARYL BE ALL SCARED FOR WHERE GLENN WAS WHEN THEY WERE LOCKED IN THAT CLOSET THING?! I TOTES NOTICED BECAUSE OF YOU.
I HAVE ALL THE FEELS ASDFGHJKL
*coughs*

Also, someone on the WD community was wishing that the baby died and ate/killed Lori; this was back in summer. So that's a thing. Eurgh.

I think I might do something for this for every episode. It was fun!
YES. Daryl with the feels and being like: WTF WE LOST GLENN. There was obviously no doubt in his mind they were going back for him.
Maggie is growing on me, but I swear every time she appears on screen and gets lovey with Glenn I am like:
( ... )
