i hate bad dreams. I dont' remember many of mine, but in the ones I do remember I always think to myself "this inst' a dream" unfortuneately I haven't been able to take that as a cue and take controll.. I wish i could do that.

i did a google on "dream interpretations" and found a few. i got all those from 5 different sites.
