Well at least you had an "interesting" end of the year... Congrats on the A's ! Did you get the results about your dog ? Hope this is all just a big fright and that she'll bounce back soon, just like you.
Thanks hon! I did hear back this afternoon about my dog. Unfortunately it is cancer, a carcinoma. However, she is doing well post-op and we have brought her home.
She's not her usual self and is laying around but we are going to keep an eye on her. The doc said she could rebound and do well for another year or so. But at the first sign that she's in pain or going downhill we will have not choice but to end her suffering.
It's hard but I want to give her a chance but don't want to see her suffer, ya know?
WOO!! Go you for making it through classes and kicking ass! Congrats!
Oh man, it's so easy to get sick when you're under that much stress. I have a pattern of fighting off just until there's a lull. Then in the lull when I relax, BAM! So frustrating! I'm glad you still got through your finals.
I'm sorry about Rosie, but I have to say you have an amazing vet. *many hugs*
I've been scarcer than you. I read in the comments about the results for Rosie, and I'm so sorry that you're having to go through all of that with her. I do hope that she's doing okay and not in any pain, and that you all will have a little bit more time with her.
A big Congrats on passing that semester! I remember how nervous and apprehensive you were before it began, and I'm glad you beat it so wonderfully! I hope that your rotations are going well.
Carter driving you to the store...my how the little ones grow! While I'm sorry that you had to deal with Strep like that (and am thankful that you're over it), it was good that Carter was old enough to have his learner's permit and be able to do that for you.
