This is utterly brilliant, all the way, down to the footnotes.

Thank you so very much! I absolutely loved working on this, and had to stop and laugh when I realized that I was doing a remix story that's a meta commentary on remixing. Geekitude FTW!

Oh, gorgeous. I love, love, love stories that elaborate on Ronon's background and Satedan culture, highlighting similarities and differences with Earth's, and this was beautiful.

Thank you so much! I love writing stories that expand on the Pegasus Galaxy cultures, of which we see so little in canon.

This is very cool. I like this look at Sateda. (I even read the footnotes, even though I have a low tolerance for them. *g*)

Thank you! I'm glad the footnotes weren't too distracting; I know some people really hate them, and even though I'm a footnote'o'phile, there are times when even I find them a nuisance. *g*

I love this, love the footnotes, love Dr. Keong.

*loves rather incoherently*

Thank you so much! I absolutely love coming up with this pseudo-academic stuff, which is kind of hilarious since I'm not actually in academia and I was an art major even when I was, but I find it completely delightful writing and annotating fake ethnographic and linguistic material.

I feel sorry for any anthropologist who makes a career out of studying Ronon, though. *g*

*explodes with delight* I'm so happy that you liked it! Thank you for giving me a springboard, from your original story, to explore Satedan fables and culture, and the ways that myth and culture influence our outlook on life; it was really a fun thing to write about, and I greatly appreciated having the opportunity to do so!
