Right, any American boys or those in the know out there, I want to get a laptop but I dont have that much to spend and it has to be at least a pentium II 300 mhz with DVD. Any suggestions? Absolute maximum is $1000. All night loving to the one who gives the best suggestion. Oh, and it absolutely cant be a mac. No fucking way.

If you're DEAD SET against a Mac and I can't see why!! Try looking on the net for companies that do refurbished laptops. I did a quick search on Google and found Collegelaptops.com. They're based in New York.

Why so set against a Mac, they're fab, get something cool and titanium.....

remebmer that you'll need to gat a european main adapter, the joy of 220 volts running through the wires.
