Love the details in this: the bubble soap, the dripping sap, and the contrast between the gifts given to Draco by friends and by his mother. Really nice.

A wonderful story, overall; a perfect continuation. Things still aren't entirely resolved, but getting there; heart-warming, and real, and beautiful. Thank you.

Thank you! I wanted the same mood as Blood Magic -- not an end that neatly wrapped everything up, but one that showed improvement. I'm glad it worked for you. :-)

How lovely this was. I was going down memory lane and I almost positive that Blood Magic was one of the first stories I read when I discovered fandom. I fell in love with it because not even in my wild dreams I would've come up with the idea of Snape being Harry's father.
I enjoy this four chapters like crazy, I love the details and the huge amount of caring Harry showed toward Draco. He did his best to make christmas special for him and he succeded.
Thanks for sharing.

PS/in my heart I am hoping that Harry would fancy Draco. ( I am a slasher at hear :)

The funny thing is, a good deal of why Draco flirts with Harry in this is that he'd feel safer if they had a relationship that he understood. If he was more consistently interested in Harry for his own sake, Harry might notice more.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! Blood Magic is such a popular story that I was apprehensive about writing more in this universe.
