Hey I was wondering what 'PS' is when you mention that 'Power' is a back story for it? I love that universe and am excited at the prospect of more fiction set in it.

Oh, sorry! As that's in the Canon-Compliancy field, I meant it as a clarification for the AU point -- background in Philosopher's Stone is the only canon used. I should change it to say something like "AU from Harry's Sorting".

I've never done anything more with Power. Mercy has a rather cynical (but not Slytherin) Harry, and is AU from book 3....

Oh, but my other cross-sorting drabbles are here (including a Slytherin Harry) and here.

Hi! I wanted to read your fic, In Three Moons, but the archive link won't load at all and the merry_smutmas post links back to the archive. I was wondering if there was possibly another place it was posted? Sorry to be such a bother!

I had the same problem with Distraction--I really wanted to read it, but the Archive has been down.
Can you post it elsewhere you have an account, like skyhawke? Or maybe the same Harry/Marauders journal that has In Three Moons?
By the way, thanks for the link to In Three Moons. I read that one since I couldn't access Distraction, and it was awesome.

Hm ... It's on Pornish Pixies on LJ, but that's all locked, now. I'll post it to harry_mwpp when I have time, but that might not be this week.

Hi! I'm a long time fan of 'Blood Magic' (probably the only fanfic novel I've read through multiple times with skimming large sections the fourth or fifth time around), and while I know that you said there would be no sequels, you did mention that you might write an 'update' one day, letting us know what happened with Harry and Severus later on. I see that no such story appears in your list of works posted, and so I am here to most humbly get down on my knees and beg, beg, beg for the fulfillment of my dearest Severitus wish! Please, please, please write a short follow-up in the BM universe!!!

Another here to say that I have well have read 'Blood Magic' at least four times over the years, and would also love to see any sort of follow up, if you're inclined or inspired! You yourself mentioned that it's your most well known story - for good reason! Layered, nuanced, witty, intelligent, and boasting an impeccable vocabulary, it's certainly a tour de force! I'm sure I'd be one among many who'd leap upon any sort of sequel.

I didn't know where else to write a review, so I thought here might be a good place to. I've just read Blood Magic and I am in awe. I never thought I would have thought fondly about Snape or Malfoy but after reading this fic, I actually found myself liking them. I love that you managed to have Snape stay mostly in character while becoming more and more of a father toward Harry. And I loved how Harry changed as well. This fic made me think and I love the conversations that some of the characters had about dark arts and other things. Very intelligent. The ending was fantastic and I, like many others I'm sure, would love to see any kind of follow-up. I know I am way late to the game, but I was curious as to that particular verse still sparked your interest. As we get closer to the fist Deathly Hallows movie coming out, I was wondering how those events would have sparked this Harry and Snape's world. There's so much left for them to do, how does the prophecy affect Harry and what is the final outcome? I understand that this story works as ( ... )
