I had a terrible day. I've had a terrible week, really. Quite the downer. The last thing I wanted to do after slushing my way home from work tonight was shovel out my parking space for the third time in a week ( Read more... )

People can be surprisingly helpful. When I was living in a big complex in Shrewsbury, I don't remember a time digging out after a big storm that someone did come over to help me,

It was certainly a welcome surprise. It's always just when I'm feeling most frustrated and cranky that someone comes along and reminds me that there's still good in the world. :)
