When you say that rain hates you, do you mean in general or do you picture millions of rain drops each saying to themself, in one way or another, " man I hate that guy"?

I'd say that each rain drop hates me in his/her own fashion.

The rain is just following orders. The clouds, those are the ones calling the shots. The clouds see you and are like "oh there's that jerk, go get him my minions!"
