So, I have taken Monday off and have a three day weekend ahead of me. I am seriously considering taking one last fly fishing trip up to West Virginia. Probably go Sunday Morning, stay the night and get some good fishing in on Monday morning. There will be very few people up there since summer is officially over and it is not a holiday. Guess

They stock rainbows. Interesting note though that I think they overstock. The fish are very small, we are talking 7 to 8 inches. Too much competition. I am hoping that this late in the season they will have matured and will be larger. I need to buy some barbless flies because it really is catch and release when your dealing with that size of fish.

Wow, it sounds like another wonderful trip. All these places I have never been. I have always wanted to try fly fishing. Do you know how? I'll have to look these places up on the internet.

You should give it a shot. It really is one of the most rewarding things to do. Sort of like snow skiing, you just get into it and forget about everything else. Meditation I guess.
