I found this recipe in a book I've been reading, Brain Fitness.
It claims to boost memory, energy, and performance during times of mental stress. I'd like to give it a go.
Ingredients:
Acetyl-l-carnitine: 500 mg
Caffeine: 200 mg
Vitamin B complex: 100 mg
Pregnenolone: 50 mg
Green Tea: 1 cup
Glucose powder: 1 tbsp
