Yay, my DDO character is broken and I can't play the game with him.

I don't know what happened. I was playing a quest and suddenly the game froze as if from massive lag. Now whenever I try to do anything in game, talk to a npc, enter quest, etc the same thing happens. I've sent a message to tech support, but the page says it might take between one and two weeks for them to get back to me.

Also from what I read on the forums tech support seems to suck.

Game has been reinstalled, didn't help. I've tried playing alternates, and while it isn't as bad, the same thing keeps happening.

DDO? Dance-Dance-Orangutan? I didn't think that was out yet.

It's happening to everyone, not just you. There's a lot of lag, and we've barely even been able to get on sometimes. Logging in again sometimes fixes the problems, which are basically all "x feature is unresponsive" for me.

Well, what was happening to me was that I would log in no problem, I could walk around no problem, and then when I tried to click on anything I would freeze. It didn't seem like any kind of normal lag.

That does seem similar to what was happening to me, except that once I started talking to an npc, all my motion went away. I couldn't walk or anything. Also, I couldn't log out, only quit the game.
