Aside from that tricky sliding off the parchment (during which I suspect my elegant tart will turn into a jumbled cobbler), this looks within my abilities. But with a cup of butter in the crust, "healthy" might be a stretch... -em

butter is the fat that lets your pancreas deal with all the sugar. or so a diabetic friend tells me :)
