Yeah, I know, I said never. But there is the possibility that I might be happier with a travel journal that is typed rather than scribbled. Scribbling is slow, hard to correct, and really difficult to read years later. Typing is at least quick and fixable. I'm so glad you got it to work!

Your itinerary is filling me with envy. Think about saving a picture of your map, and linking it here -- you can't save big pictures on LJ, but you can put it on your own site, and then link to it in your post.

(Ooh, and if you're going to post from home much (before/after trip), go here (http://chrisg.livejournal.ca/files/Semagic_1_2beta4a_eng_.exe) and download the livejournal client -- makes posting much easier.)

Have a great trip, sweetie!

Sandy

So glad to see you here! And I'm glad you're going to do the travelogue thing. I always envy you your trips and live vicariously through whatever you can tell me about them. *g*

*g* This is funny--given your friends list, I feel like I must either know you or at least know *of* you, but not under that name. Anyway, I hope you don't mind if I friend you so that I can, with great envy, follow your travels and adventures.

Have a wonderful trip. I like the emphasis on food -- while I enjoy old momuments, the lure of eating living monuments is compelling. Hope the travelLJ posting works.

I'm glad you're here! I hope you have a fabulous time, and maybe when you're home we can persuade you to talk about Blake's 7, or Sandbaggers, or something else...
