Repeatedly in the past, but they just fob me off with IBS. I've been tested for coeliac and the like but everything came up negative. And it seems to be a shifting list? Like up until about three weeks ago I was eating everything on that list (admittedly, not the soy/tofu as that has been a no for most of my life, and really, the wheat was a bad move, I just really wanted pastries), but this past ... week and a half? Two weeks? It's just gotten ridiculous.
Been tested for various things but according to results I am entirely healthy (not even anaemic or anything which is something of a miracle), but I know from unfortunate trial and error that the above list, especially this last week or two, is unmanagable. I know what I should be doing, grilling chicken and fish, eating brown rice and steamed veg, but I completely despise cooking. I'm weird about food as it is, cooking just makes it impossible. So I guess... microwaving potatoes is just how things are going to go for a while? Ack.
You can microwave pieces of chicken or fish alongside your baked potato. Make sure you have something raw every day, too.
I understand the hating cooking thing, but you can put some frozen veg onto a dish with a bit of fish/chicken and a small potato and microwave the lot for about four minutes - that will do it.
Oooh good advice, thank you. I will pull some meat out of the freezer, try and actually make a meal tomorrow. And yep, I'm back at Uni, luckily there are only two other people in my flat atm so the kitchen is all for me, for faffing about in.
