This leads me, by association, to remember that you are now far enough along in Dragaera to appreciate my mental description of Terry Gilliam's The Zero Theorem: the one in which a tired old Athyra, most of whose energy is spent fighting off either the interior voices of madness or the slightly less interior voices of demons, is given a truly ridiculous research assignment by his Jhereg bosses, who attempt to sweeten the deal by throwing in the services of an Issola concierge and the assistance of a talented young Hawk. This struck me as such a good description of the film that I have been unable to write about the movie because I would hate having to expand upon that.

That does work remarkably well, yeah!

Also, when do I get to read Hawk? What do I read next?

Love.

Well, your next in Vlad continuity is Tiassa, but you have to finish the Paarfi before you read Tiassa.

So the entire rest of the reading order is:

The Viscount of Adrilankha, in three volumes: 1) The Paths of the Dead; 2) The Lord of Castle Black; and 3) Sethra Lavode

Tiassa

Hawk

and then wait with the rest of us for Vallista to arrive.
