A Meeting of Two Duelists
Characters: Manjoume and Asuka
Place: the Stella, wherever it is Asuka is

Summary: Manjoume has a bit of an idea what's going on. Asuka has less of an idea of it. He's worried about her and goes to find her. Also, alternate universe details might be exchanged.
Warnings: I doubt there should be anything of note.
It took Manjoume several minutes to figure out where he was going on the Stella - not for lack of trying, but because he hadn't actually explored the place yet, combined with the fact that the only idea he had of where he was going was that it was somewhere on this ship, and he had, in fact, taken a wrong turn at first, leading to back tracking when he realized that this had to be the case.
He still was having a slight bit of trouble believing it. Asuka had been brought here too, but there was definitely something off. He hoped he would remember a dark world if he wound up in such a place, after all - hoped, of course, being the word he used because he had a slight bit of, he thought healthy, paranoia regarding his thoughts, but that wasn't really important. To think that she thought he had been sacrificed... Not to mention her uniform, which he hadn't seen her wear in years, ever since she'd been forced to withdraw.
It rang slightly familiar - not the sacrifice part, but the part about differing events. When Fubuki-san had been aboard the Crucible, hadn't he mentioned graduating with everyone? That still had to be impossible, of course, but if there were alternate universes where Duel Monsters didn't exist, then... It unnerved him, a little.
Eventually, however, he did manage to find her, standing outside as she'd promised. "Asuka!" he called out, waving as he ran toward her.
