Been around since the first screwup with this Gate, so if you need any information on what happened before and what's going on now, I'm your man, though if you're on the Uesugi, you might want to look up my buddy, Roxas.
Oh, and I'm the Requisitions officer, too, so if you need anything... [he trails off, giving everyone on the network a significant look]
