Draw 8 :: Call of the Haunted
[No, Manjoume has not been allowing his Sphere to turn on in his presence recently. Heck, he's barely allowed it into his presence in the first place.
Why is this, you might ask? It's very simple. He's been having a bit of trouble breathing, and, being the stubborn person he is, has decided that it's some kind of illness or something, and regardless of whether it is or not, he'd really rather not show that much weakness.
Why is it allowed in his presence, and in fact on, now? Because he's currently swimming (at a fairly leisurely pace, not desperately or anything) toward those undersea ruins - he hasn't dived below the surface yet, but he very well might do that at some point. Maybe some part of him wants to make sure someone else knows he's going down that way before he does it, just in case. Who knows. (Incidentally, he's still fully clothed, including his coat. This may seem like a weird idea, but hey, he's Manjoume. He's got his reasons.)
The Ojamas, of course, are (invisibly) trying to convince him not to go, thinking that a song that calls you toward it like this can't be good.]
I don't like it either, but if it is doing that, I'll probably wind up there against my will anyway. At least this way I made the choice to follow it myself.
