It occurs to me now that, giving my upcoming schedule, the fact that I am still awake now means that I will probably be sleep deprived for the next two weeks.

Apparently, Robyn Miller, one of the two brothers who created the computer game Myst now has a small film production company and is making a documentary about vampires. His website invites vampiric readers to interview for the documentary. The world is a strange place.

I saw Inception the other day. Bertrand Russell would have loved the movie: it's all orderly and hierarchical. In the movie, dreams are arranged into levels and you're either in one level or another level. I feel like my Internet communications are becoming more Dinosaur Comics-esque. I TOTALLY SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS AWESOME TURN OF EVENTS!

I was a bit late on this one, but I finally got around to seeing this movie called Exit Through the Gift Shop. It's a purported documentary about underground graffiti art and about this crazy guy who was obsessed with recording graffiti artists on video. It's fantastic and you should see it sometime. Stereowars is approaching. During finals week at MIT, the house where I live imposes "23-hour study conditions", where we're supposed to be quiet in public spaces around the clock, except for dinner. My thesis can sort-of compute (fib 10) -> 55 in about 3 seconds. This is progress.

Today same of my housemates and I competed in the Google Games, a series of nerdy competitions run by Google as a semi-recruiting event. It was a lot of fun. Nineteen teams of 5 from MIT, Harvard, Olin, and Brown competed in Geek Trivia, Lego Building, Puzzles, and Wii athletics.
