Longshot blinked as he tucked his wooden broad sword into his belt. He had forgotten it under his bed in what had been his room. He had collected it after his night out with John.

He slowed to a stop in front of Shatterstar. "If you're waiting for one of the others, they will probably be down to chase me shortly."

"No, I am not here to see the others. I came here to see you."

The fingers of the hand not holding the handle of the black case flex and curl again. "I- came to apologise to you." He changes back to the Cadre tongue. "For the manner in which I have spoken to you. It was unbefitting a warrior of my status to treat a Cadre hero in such a way."

Longshot scratched his head. He had figured the Shatterstar had talked to him was just the way Shatterstar had talked. It also took him a second to switch his dubbing tracks. He was tired and wanted to get out of the lobby before she came down. "I... I was not aware there was a specific way to talk to me."

He shrugged. "It is all right, Shatterstar. You're, uh, forgiven. Though, please, just talk to me like you would anybody else."
