Room 215, Saturday Morning

Apr 12, 2015 03:30

Not fully awake, and indulging in some weekend laziness, Face stretched out contentedly on his bed. Sure he hadn't won a crown for being so very pretty, despite his best, half-hearted efforts, but he'd had fun last night. Even if he had come home alone.

The place was unfamiliar and the writing was weird, but it hadn't taken Adra too much effort to find out both that her dad was here and where exactly he was.

She debated picking the lock (because it was a useful skill to practice as both her parents liked to point out), on the other hand she had no idea what Dad was doing in there. In the end she settled for knocking.

"Just a minute," Face called out when he heard the knock, checking to make sure the squirrels hadn't stolen his sleep-pants before padding over to open the door.

He blinked in surprise at the knocker being a cute Twi'lek before grinning at her. Charmingly. "Hey."

"Dad?" Adra would be a properly mortified teen later over the fact that he wasn't wearing a shirt and was giving her the same kind of smile he used on Mom, but for now... "You've got all your hair, why do you look so young?"

Face focused on the important things. "What do you mean I've got all my hair? I don't look young, I'm sixteen." Practically ancient by some standards.

Also. "Dad?"
