Re-l Mayerproxysearch
Re-l is the most important person in Daedalus' life. They have been well acquainted for years, since he was assigned the role of her primary physician, loyally helping and guiding her in a search for truth. She means the world to him, and he finds his ultimate purpose as her confidante and supportive friend. He gladly fuels her curiosity, puts her well being at top priority, and conspires with her behind the Regent's back. While he declares he is "always on her side", his deep devotion and support also has a darker side. He is infatuated to the point of dangerous obsession, and grows quite inwardly resentful that her attentions lie elsewhere.
In Siren's Port, they're currently living together and mending the precarious strain left on their last meeting. She knows full well now that she's his idée fixe, but he strives to keep that understated. He does keep track of who she speaks with, and what she's doing- chances are if you've spoken with Re-l, Daedalus' watchful eye has taken a careful moment on you.
Raul Creedrapturescreed
As an aggressively ambitious Chief of Security, Raul Creed did not much endear himself to the rest of Romdeau's administration. However, Daedalus gave him a bit too much leeway into a dangerous game. While they are both subversive and clever men, Raul is the more dominant of the two, and has bullied his way with the younger doctor more than once. Daedalus has a few passive-aggressive coping tactics of his own, however, and often uses Raul's clout to his own advantage. He scorns Raul for wearing his ideals and passions so openly, from his poor decisions to the strength of his grudges.
In Siren's Port, Raul and Daedalus work in separate spheres, but their paths sometimes cross over exchange of information. He's wary of Creed, but they also know one another's failings well enough to keep each other in check- Raul's an exceptionally sore loser, so the doctor is playing it safe for now. It was by his recommendation that the doctor landed a research contract with SERO. Daedalus is also beginning to recognize the old familiarities of being among Romdeau's remaining citizens, in Raul's company, and is grateful at least that the man thinks for himself.

Shiroe Rei Sekizealouspeter
A fellow curious mind. Daedalus finds him pleasant enough to talk to, and they've become intellectual companions of a sort. Daedalus even gave him scholarship recommendation for the University of Hillsdale. As he recognizes something of himself in Shiroe, he confides more and more private thoughts and projects some of his own hopes onto the boy, acting more like a mentor living vicariously through nurturing the younger man's untapped potential.
Miles Edgeworthmentis_reae
A prosecutor is an interesting role to play in things, and a man who so doggedly pursues justice can prove more of a rigorous dialectic exercise than the Regent's entourage. Daedalus finds this man informative, but also rather enjoys taking verbal circles with him. As with anyone he dares to consider a fair match, the prince of Romdeau has a habit of turning ordinary conversations into boundary-testing games. He feels most defensive about his own ignorance around Edgeworth.
Edgeworth issued the doctor a court order to provide his with statistic data on the number of shape shifters in the city, to make a case for Sam Merlotte. Recently, Daedalus has confided more in him than he has with many others, regarding the fall of Romdeau and his part in it. Of everyone, he recognizes the desire to be a model citizen most in Edgeworth, and respects him professionally for his dedication.
Baron Franz d'Epinayhisdiscretion
A respectable diplomatic young gentleman from a far flung future, now working as Raul Creed's personal assistant. Dr. Yumeno happily performed a general health exam shortly after his arrival, and since has assisted him with discovering his powers- a 'healthy glow' and a perceptive sense for falsehoods. In return, Franz has taken him out to give him a bit of a social life...and somewhere along the way, they've come to recognize a point of common ground: that they've both been devoted sufferers of unrequited love. Also, that there's something of a mutual attraction...
So yup. As of now, let's call 'em significant others.

A mutant whose candid insight has been useful in understanding the stigma of superpowers. The notion of an "X-gene" being the next step of evolution is an interesting one, for Daedalus, and he plans to question her as far as she's willing.

Of course, because the name "Vincent" has clearly not had large enough impact on him already....Gilbert's younger brother- Daedalus can relate to the concern and protectiveness, but there was an air of polite mistrust and talk of fear in their first meeting that's left him with a very uncertain impression. He's decided it's far better to have this Vincent as an ally. (It's slightly unnerving that Vincent is now working for Raul.)

An American woman with a lot of sass and a healthy grounded skepticism. Daedalus finds her interesting, and shares some wariness over gaining powers, but doesn't quite understand why Canada's so funny...apparently, neither does she.

Vincent and Gilbert's former master, and apparently cause for some suspicion? Daedalus has instructed him in NV security, but doesn't quite know what to think of him yet.
Yahabarebacking
Another one who suffers from unrequited love...in a way that's both recognizable in himself, and deeply disturbing to Daedalus. Especially since Yaha's dangerous passions seem to end in violence. The doctor is anxious to help him find a less destructive solution to his heartache.

Daedalus roomed with this odd human-sized amnesiac rat of a knight once, for several days, while Re-l found him his own apartment. He finds Fratley very tolerable, just...strange.

Daedalus knows enough of elegant grand designs, and of his role as a cog in the machine, to respect and respond to the voice of fate. This doesn't mean he's happy about it. But yeah...this man is definitely Destiny's petulant bitch.

A kind donor of a spare cultural voucher. Daedalus repaid this kindness by overseeing his care at Skye Clinic, when Gilbert passed out from overexerting his Chain. He has since learned a little bit about the cost of being Contracted...by way of Gilbert's younger brother. Gil also possesses exceptional baking skills- such that Daedalus will gladly accept gratitude pies. Also, they're both terrible at bowling.

Daedalus' patient during the earthquake. She was put in his care along with a curse, if she didn't manage to recover. Still a little wary of this threat on his head, he makes sure she's staying well.
Samus Aransteel_goddess
A willing volunteer with very interesting DNA. Daedalus has her blood sampled, and is intrigued to say the least. Later, her metroid DNA was used to save Jinx from radiation poisoning. Recently, she discovered the true location of the Core, and with Daedalus' help, recovered from extreme radiation exposure.

A patient following the earthquake, Jinx received radiation poisoning treatment through an infusion of Metroid cells. Unfortunately, she decided to take signing out into her own hands.

An asthmatic with a cat allergy, gifted with the power of....feline features. Nice going, Core. Daedalus has connected him with a zoanthrope coworker, Alice, in hopes of helping him adjust. Now that he knows Ciel is additionally Shiroe's roommate, Daedalus will be taking him closer mind.

A prosecutor who needs so much medication that insurance policies are not so happy to cover. It's good to have the law on your side, so Daedalus is pulling some strings to provide. He has recently been treated for acute acidosis, leading to the discovery that Godot's power is hyper-metabolism.

Nana landed in the doctor's care without limbs...but with an fascinating secret. She is a 'Diclonius', a creature with psionic 'vectors'. Daedalus is intrigued by these phantom limbs, but also determined to see she is well cared for. With Raul Creed taking custodianship of Nana, Daedalus will be there often and with plenty of reward stickers to make sure she stays good.

An orphaned girl who courageously became a seal against the despair of her world. She arrived at Skye suffering from fatigue but once the doctor realizes that this exhaustion is part of the cost of her choice, his respect for her sacrifice and faith have risen tremendously. She, in turn, says he reminds her of a "Ryoji-kun" she used to know. (lol voice actor matches!)

A Victorian Psychiatrist with gentlemanly sensibilities; he has hit it off well with the young Romdeau doctor, although Daedalus finds his unfamiliarity with modern technology somewhat quaint.

Another newcomer doctor, a specialist in neurosurgery. He arrived injured from an accident, and seems friendly.

A healer at Skye Medical Center. Didn't realize who he was talking to for several communications, then mistook Daedalus for a female. Oh well. We all have our embarrassing social flubs. All in all, Daedalus still considers him a pleasant (if awkward) person. Recently, Yosuke's interest in Re-l abd hounding of Raul have set him close on the doctor's mindful watchlist.

Interested in medical apprenticeship, this new arrival has been enrolled in training for EMT-basic certification. Daedalus is invested in mentoring him through the crash course in ambulatory health care.

An older doctor, 'Michael Xavier', a mutant with electromagnetic powers who is also a geneticist. Daedalus finds him something of an intellectual mentor, but finds himself a little uncomfortable with Michael's revolutionary ideals and his longer, darker past. Recently, Daedalus has also discovered that Dr. Xavier is keeping personal health problems quiet.
