[Its been three days, or close to three days, and whereas being stuck in a large barrier of water wouldn't do much harm to anyone else, to a Devil Fruit user... well, lets just say Chopper hasn't been able to do much exercise in that bubble.

He lays face up on the ground, the barely noticeable rise and fall of his chest from his shallow breathing the only real sign that he's still alive. Hungry, unconscious and trapped, but still alive. However, with the expected force in his soon-to-be rescue attempt, the water isn't going to make it very easy to get him out.]

[Zoro's first instinct was to attack the bubble. With Chopper in the state he was in, and with the amount of time he'd been gone, the only logical conclusion was that the thing was a threat, was probably killing Chopper, and had to be destroyed. Now.

In hindsight, maybe he should have anticipated that it would strike back. Dodging a second deadly looking splash, he raised Wadou to deflect another incoming attack. The thing stilled eventually as he back away from Chopper, wiping warm blood from his brow.]

"Chopper!" he called, free hand cupped around his mouth. "OI! Chopper!"

[Nothing happened initially. No movement, no change in his breathing. The water muffled the voice, but it didn't disguise the scent of blood. And it was a familiar scent. Of the whole crew, he'd recognize that one the most.

Chopper's nose twitched, then his ears. He tried his best to take a big breath of air but he barely managed that. It took him a few seconds but he was able to turn over onto his stomach with what little strength he still had, eyes opening slowly.

It was quiet, and odds are barely audible, but he still mumbled back.]
