I'll just write an abbreviated version of Saturday's photo ops before I move onto Sundays panels. I'm not sure if it's like this at other cons, but the company that was taking these was called Froggy and seemed a bit disorganized. At least the photos turned out amazing. The worst part was the "hurry the hell up, no talking, smile, and get the

Please forgive me for commenting on a three year old post but somehow I ended up on your LJ and saw your con report. And I wanted to tell you that I really enjoyed reading your report because you wrote down exactly what I experienced when I met him. I had the pleasure of meeting Joe Flanigan four times in the last two years and he was shy and reserved, on some occasion more than on others but in most cases he was also very nice and really sweet. He was gorgeous every time. :)
Thank you for sharing your pics, they are great. Hope that if you still like him and have the chance to meet him on the next DragonCon, you will share your stories and pics again.
Oh and I'm also a veterinarian. And an SG1, SGA, Star Wars and Sanctuary fan. :)

Anyway, I loved writing the con report but wasn't sure anybody else was enjoying reading them. I didn't write one last year, but maybe I will this time around--with pics.
Where do you practice? I had to laugh out loud when I saw your nerdy interests. Very cool!

I am the same, I don't write much in my LJ, I made an account so that I can leave comments and read fanfiction. I did write a con report two times.
Oh so you're going to go to DragonCon! :) That is great and I hope you will share a con report again. :)
I love reading con reports like yours, because I very much enjoy reading about how others experienced meeting the actors; I love con reports with not just facts and pics but also personal notes because they make those people who were not being able to be there feel like they were there too.
I live and practice in Hungary, in a town near the Romanian border. I have a small pet clinic. Love my job. :)
Unfortunately we don't have any cons in the country but thankfully Europe has quite a few and actually I started to watch Sancruary after I met Robin Dunne in Marseille last year. He is a very nice person. But the only reason I travel to a con is to see Joe Flanigan. :) I'm completely addicted to him. ;)
