The Student Advisement Centre logo, they squashed it for a training manual. also i am upset at people takeing jobs away from other (more talented) people because "it looks like it might be fun to try"

If it wasn't for "nephew" art and do it yourself stuff, the visual industry would be boomin. Unfortunately bad design kills the graphic design commuinity.

I know all about being underapreciated for my tallents. (Eg. Every day I was at S&R) I guess you could be a keener and make a sample of an improved layout of a doccument at the risk of being pushy, or try to find another job that appreciates you.

Right now at Minotaur the one owner's husband is doing a lot of stuff as he's a graphic designer, but I have the more retail orented training. I'm a lucky guy in that they being artistic people know and appreciate my tallents and still at least ask my input on many things.

Maybe your people just need to learn enough to know they don't know what they're doing.
