I use gmail for my domain and it's pretty awesome. The webmail application is custom branded with images I uploaded and it has imap and pop access. spam filters are amazing as well.

I second this. I've had no problems with Gmail whatsoever and higly recommend them.

They seem to be pretty decent. Our company uses them, so I'm not sure on the pricing. There's some semblance of Calendar integration, but nothing compared to what Google's offerings are in that realm.

Mail is what they do! I don't quite know how they would interact with the "Bulk mail folder" in LookOut since that's Microsoft proprietary - however they have a web interface and e-mail reports on what they've snagged - and of course can release them. Been using them since '97.
