I need your help!

Okay, here's the deal. I have lots of movies, etc in AVI format sitting on my computer. I want to burn them onto DVDs and get them off there. What is the best software/program to make this possible?? I am willing to pay for a good one that's easy to use.

Help!!!???

My friends talk wonders about the DVD Shrink... And I think Nero is the best program to burn dvds. The big question is: You want to burn dvds to play in your DVD player or just keep a copy of the AVIs in the dvds?

I have the free Nero software. If it comes to it, I suppose I could suck up and buy the expensive DVD burning program...so long as it works!

And I want to be able to watch them in a DVD player.

Well, I have Nero... but I just burn the 'backup' of my AVIs, since I consider my computer a media center and watch my stuff on it, mostly. :D

You'll need a converter... I'll ask my friends (who actually burn converted dvds a lot) and then I'll tell you what they say. :D

Friend said a good one is convertxtodvd. :D

He says there is a sharewere version in the internet and you have to buy it, but he has a cracked version... He also says his aunt uses it, so I think it's easy to use :D

My Dell came with this thing called Media Center that I have to use for making avis to watchable DVD. I don't care for it at all, but it (sometimes) does the job. :(

Might I suggest you look around here?

I've had good luck with this free website:
Media-convert.com

It can be a bit dodgy for really large files, though.

Isn't he? That's Christian Bale, in case you didn't know.

For YoungPretty!Christian check out Little Women or The Prince of Jutland.

*nods sagely*

He is a pretty man. I am not quite sure how I went this long without becoming obsessed with him before.
