Apologies for being late for the party, but if possible, I'd like to get info on some serial murders that happened a while back. I've heard the main perpetrator was a person called Wallachia, but it seems there were others who found the timing appropriate and joined the fun.

It depens what you mean by that. We know the identity of one murderer at least, but I believe nothing has been done to capture him.

Very good. As for his motive, it is more than likely because he simply wished to inspire terror. This is little more than a game to him.

I see... I was hoping for a more complicated reason, but I suppose there are people who think like that about killing others.

He staked me through the lung with his bare hand; he was also very fast about it, too. I managed to graze his shoulder with a bullet, but it didn't do anything to slow him down.
